Exact Timing

We are asked to produce the final video at 30 fps, so the following table is just an addendum to the full storyboard with a timeline expressed in terms of number of frames as well as number of seconds.

Light: directional
Action: Fade into scene. Possibly zoom closer to the factory. Fade out.
Sound: tick, tick... of bomb.
2 4~5 91~150 Camera: top view of factory (possibly slanted so factory door is visible)
Action: fade into scene. Possibly zoom in on the factory.
Sound:
tick, tick... of bomb and  running footsteps.
3 6~8 151~240 Camera: top view of factory (possibly slanted so factory door is visible)
Action:
factory door swings outwards, and the skittle runs out.
Sound: door swing & running footsteps.
4 9~12 241~360 Camera: side view of the skittle (camera rotates to follow the skittle)
Action:
The skittle is running away from the factory.
Sound: running footsteps.
5 13~15 361~450 Camera: slanted front view of skittle
Action:
The skittle is farther down the road and coming to a stop.
Sound: running footsteps.
6 16~18 451~540 Camera: slanted back view of skittle
Action:
The skittle is turning around such that the "s" on his body is not seen by the audience.

Action:
Factory explodes.
Sound: loud explosion.

Action:
explosion in its full glory (complete with fire and smoke).
Sound: loud explosion and fire crackling.

Action:
the explosion will be shot from two more angles OR one more angle in slow motion.
Sound: loud explosion and fire crackling.
10 27~30 780~900 Camera: to be determined
Action:
A close up of a fallen debris (and perhaps the falling of it too).
Sound: fire crackling.
11 31~35 901~1050 Camera: in front of skittle
Lighting:
spot-light towards the face (going for a spooky effect)
Action:
Possibly zoom out with the skittle smirking and scene fades out.
Sound: fire crackling.
